Police Officer
The minimum qualifications to become a Paris Police Officer are:
- At Least 21 years of age.
- Good Health
- GED or High School Diploma, Associates Degree in criminal justice or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license, and no criminal history.
- Satisfactorily pass the Maine Criminal Justice Academy Alert Test.
- Satisfactorily pass the Maine Criminal Justice Physical Agility Test.
THE SELECTION PROCESS WILL INCLUDE
Oral Board, Background Investigation, Polygraph Test, Medical Examination, Psychological Screening.
